Aaron is always very patient and gentle and takes the time to make sure I'm in correct positions and
walks me through exercises that are new to me. Each session he seems to incorporate new, fresh

Aaron Harris has been my personal trainer for over two years. Aaron trains several teachers
at the school that I work at two times a week. We work out after school, and also at home
during vacations and summer. During these two years, I have literally seen the shape of my
