Just a quick update. I'm posting my menu from yesterday and what I've had so far today, which probably will be all that I eat. I've also included my nutrition counts. Wednesday I worked out. It was a leg day and my efforts were too poor to post!Wednesday 17 June: 8:10 a.m.- 1/2 cantaloupe melon, 1/4 cup almonds, 1/2 cup strawberries and 4 apricots 10:45 a.m. - A smoothie made with 8 oz. OJ, 1 banana, 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, and 4 oz. of coconut milk. I also had 1/4 sunflower seed kernels 2:30 p.m. - 1/4 cup sunflower seed kernels, and 1/4 cup almonds 3:40 p.m. - 1/4 cup almonds, 1 banana, 4 apricots, 4 oz. carrot juice 6:00 p.m. - 1/4 cup almonds 7:30 p.m. - 1 cup chili beans mixed with 1 cup of corn, 1 baked sweet potato (yam), 1/4 cup almonds, 2 apricots and 8 oz. carrot juice 2979 Calories (90%), 146 g Fat, 0 mg Cholesterol, 2895 mg Sodium, 383 g Carbohydrates, 173 g Sugars, 66 g Fiber, 85 g Protein Thursday 18 June: 8:10 a.m. - /2 cantaloupe melon, 1/4 cup almonds, 1/4 cashews, 1/4 sunflower seed kernels, 1 banana, and 8 oz. OJ 11:30 a.m. - 1/2 cup almonds 2:05 p.m. - 1/4 cup sunflower seed kernels, and 16 oz. OJ 5:00 p.m. - 1/2 cup pistachios, a smoothie made with 8 oz.
