"My experience with Aaron Harris during the last two years has been a very positive one. Under the guidance of Aaron's personal training sessions, I have made great improvements in my level of personal fitness. I have never been stronger than I am now at age 53. Aaron challenges me to push myself harder during workouts, but I am never sore or uncomfortable afterwards. He has provided the discipline and motivation necessary for good results. I recommend Aaron, without reservation, to anyone interested in improving their personal fitness." Ulrike, Encinitas "Aaron Harris has been my personal trainer for over two years. Aaron trains several teachers at the school that I work at two times a week. We work out after school, and also at home during vacations and summer. During these two years, I have literally seen the shape of my body change. I have muscles in my arms that I never knew that I had. My tendency towards headaches and backaches is also greatly reduced. Aaron is tough, but not unreasonable. I definitely do exercise with him that I would never do on my own! I would certainly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a personal trainer." Jennifer Lubowe, Carlsbad "Until I worked with Aaron, I thought personal trainers were only for the elite. His flexibility in training our small group of teachers on site after school for the past two years has made the difference in my being able to persevere in my fitness goals. I am stronger than I've ever been in my life. I enjoy the walking and talking part of our workout (he knows tired teachers need to debrief the school day before they train), the variety of equipment and exercises, his intelligence and sense of humor, and his gentle but firm style of training. There is no way I would ever push myself to the level that Aaron can get me to perform. I'm sure he could design an exercise program to fit anyone's schedule, motivation, and fitness level. This teacher gives Aaron Harris straight "A's!" Diana B., Encinitas "I am not the kind of person who enjoys working out, but Aaron manages to motivate me. Not only does he have tremendous amounts of patience, he is the consummate professional and very knowledgeable in his field. I never question his judgement and I have had excellent results from his training. My strength, flexibility, and overall well being have greatly improved!" Magan Hartman "Aaron Harris is not only a great physical trainer; he is a thoughtful caring person. Each of his clients is important; he takes each client's individual needs and designs a program just for him or her. I like his interest in alternative healthcare and his interest in healthy eating. He looks at the total person rather than just the physical body." Pam Wischkaemper "I recently completed my 6th year of working out with Aaron. I've suffered with lower back pain because of a congenital problem since my late teens. Since learning about and doing core training in my workouts the back pain has been almost entirely alleviated. I'm in my early sixties and have never felt better. Thank You Aaron." Charlie W., Fallbrook "Aaron is always very patient and gentle and takes the time to make sure I'm in correct positions and walks me through exercises that are new to me. Each session he seems to incorporate new, fresh ideas. I'm never sure what to expect for my workout and that keeps it exciting! Aaron is a wonderful trainer and I trust him completely." Amanda B., Encinitas "I joined the YMCA in October of 1998 after moving to California from Michigan in July, 1998. As I began working out on the new machines, I realized that it was time for me to obtain expert coaching from a personal trainer. The Fitness Center at the YMCA afforded me ample opportunity to watch many personal trainers interact with their clients. I paid close attention to their styles, attitudes, attention span and interest in their clients. It was in that environment that I observed Aaron Harris. When working with a client he was always friendly, supportive and patient. He smiled and laughed a lot, putting even his new clients at ease immediately. I approached Aaron. He answered all my questions in a friendly and informed manner. I felt so comfortable with that conversation that I immediately retained his services. I can't overstate how happy I am with my relationship with Aaron. Not only does he possess the attributes listed above that I observed him practicing with other clients, he also has a phenomenal understanding of the human anatomy, nutrition, muscle groups, and how to gain maximum benefit from them. One look at Aaron's physical appearance illustrates that he practices what he preaches. He has taught me volumes about my body. In fact, I'm learning more about my body and how it works than I did in 4 years of college. In the 12 short weeks that I've worked with Aaron, my body has changed noticeable. I have more energy, sleep more soundly, and find less stress at work. And physically, the before and after photos are night and day! My stomach is flatter, my chest, arms, back and legs all show great muscle tone. Everybody, (especially my wife) notices the difference already, and it's only been 12 weeks! But most importantly, Aaron is fun to work with. He always has a ready smile, a word of encouragement, and makes you feel great about the entire process. I can't imagine a better combination of attributes for a personal trainer." Terry H. Dear Aaron, A lawyer should not be without words, but it is difficult for me to express how much your help has meant to me. Part exercise physiologist, part psychologist, part cheerleader, part decent human being, part friend - you have rendered a remarkable change in my life. I came to the gym for the first time, over fifty and suffering from rheumatoid arthritis which severely limits the use of my hands and wrists and has an impact on my feet for exercise. You showed great resourcefulness in devising programs which allowed me to avoid the problems while still getting the benefit of exercise. You patiently taught me that limits were in my head, and could be overcome. You pushed just the right amount, never enough to hurt, but enough to let me know what was possible. Your method of showing me what muscles are working gives me a good understanding how an exercise is performed. In a gym full of people, you alone preach the gospel of consistent stretching to avoid injury. You know how to motivate people so they want to improve. You know how to draw from people realistic, achievable goals so the exercise program can be tailored to the individual. A year ago I would have scoffed at any who said I would become a convert to exercise. You have turned me into that convert. Your guidance has shown me that time invested in exercise comes back with dividends of increased energy and better use of time available, adding time to the rest of my life. I cannot think of a higher compliment I could pay you than referring friends to you. I've done it in the past repeatedly, and I'll do it in the future. You are great - thanks. Sincerely, Michael Wischkaemper I wanted to thank you for giving me a great foundation in physical fitness when I was 16. You taught me the importance of technique and how to plan a good weight lifting routine. I firmly believe the time you spent with me enabled me to accomplish many things. I am turning 43 this year and people half my age have trouble keeping up with me. So far in my life I have climbed 13 mountains, my most recent was Everest (turned around at 22.500 feet), hold two Black Belts in Martial arts, working on a third, have completed Century Rides, and a Marathon. Thank you for the what you taught me many years ago in the basement of your house, it is what gave me the strength to make all of this happen in my life.
Indebted to you, Bob Lowry
